This instalment brings Portugal's own international minimal heavy weight LOUIE CUT to the nest for an exclusive Melbourne leg of his 2016 Australian tour. Louie Cut, the Portuguese minimal artist that has been setting his mark on the clubbing and music scene worldwide for years. He brings his unique funky minimal techno productions as well as DJ skills that combine old school elements with forward thinking musical ideas. In 2011 Louie reached number 1 on Beatport Minimal Top 100 with several original tracks. He is one of the few artists, if not the only one that has had 14 tracks in the chart simultaneously on the same day. In 2012, Louie Cut reached the top position on Beatports Minimal Chart with his remix of "Right On Time". Again in 2013 Louie grabbed the number one spot with "Good Feeling" and back in the top 10 in February 2014 with "The Thief", a collaboration track with Avrosse. Louie Cut was nominated for the Beatport Music Awards "Track of the Year" in both 2012 and 2013 with his tracks "Fat Bee" and "Right On Time" remix. The Australian line up consists of ACT’s finest psytrance master and highly evolved music label dj LOOSE CANNON. Loose Cannon has been creating havoc for over a decade with his much respected presence using the dance floor as an experimental zone for creation over 3 decks. Loose Cannon has performed at a number of Australia's biggest festivals including DEFQON 1, New Psycle, Psyfari, Deep Space Dragon Dreaming and Gatecrasher. Mr Cannon has also supported some of the words best electronic artists including: A.S.Y.S. Billed alongside some of the world’s most respected underground producers and DJ’s, over the last 15 years. Heath has become a ‘must-dance-to’ name on the Melbourne festival circuit. Never sticking to one sound, Damon loves to blend the deeper sounds of house with the funkier elements of tech Live duo BINAURAL (Gary Neal & Stephen Herenyi) both are veteran vinyl junkies of over 10 years and have played together in various line-ups & crews. In mid-2000 they came together as 'Phrase & Effect' writing tunes with a hard trance flavour, 8 years on these two are writing as Binaural, bringing you a new psygressive sound with a live performance to boot. Their first EP "Pay Attention" was released on Highly Evolved Music in 2013 followed by gigs such as Meanwhile Back at The Disco, Collective Illness, Earthcore, Industrial Jungle, Yemaya and more. Now in his 14th year DJ-ing in Melbourne versatility is what sets him apart from the rest. Intelligently programmed with a constant stream of cutting edge music designed to both educate & entertain the crowds. Acid Tekno mastermind WEZ STRANGE from Geddes Lane Melbourne to Hackney London. Wez Strange has sought out the proper acid and hard techno sound that has been belting the cobwebs off squats and lacing Melbourne’s eardrums with a virus for years. Wez's live sets have been slamming Melbourne’s dance floors with filthy high energy live techno sets and sporting a tongue in cheek approach to producing. Wez's sound has rocked Tekno Mulisha parties for years as well as being the full support to the cause punter. Wez has collaborations with Melbourne’s favourite Tekno Punks DVS and Syndrome. He’s recorded in London’s Stay up Forever Studios in 2005 with UK's king of acid “The Geezer " plus various other scallywag behaviour over the last 17 years. Strange is packing label released tracks with UK's Chase Yer Tail, Hypnohouse and Aussie Punks Tekno Mulisha Records. Since MISH'CHIEF performed her first club gig in 2002 she has steadily been building a loyal following of dance floor devotees. Now one of the mainstays of Melbourne’s underground scene, MISH'CHIEF is known for consistently delivering killer sets with her trademark sound. MISH'CHIEF combines techno, progressive house, rock and whatever else she finds she is inspired and touched by. On the festival circuit MISH'CHIEF has supported major acts including: Guy j, Nick Warren, Erphun, D.A.V.E. The Drummer, Boris Brejcha and more.
