News Posted August 29, 2018 Posted August 29, 2018 Beatrice may not be a name you’re 100 per cent familiar with just yet, but let’s be honest, it’s one you’ll come to know quite well! Most notably of Haiku Hands fame, the artist has been slowly chipping away at projects and collaborations with the likes of Theo Parrish, Suzanne Ciani and a hell of a lot more but has finally released her debut single, and boy does it bang. Beatrice has really begun a spiral into creating a name for herself and her debut single Grid is the perfect springboard to push her into the future as a respected solo artist. The tune is an amalgamation of futuristic beats and chopped vocals, with an almost harsh electro nature that completes the overall sonic vibe. Accompanying the single is an out of this world animation from Berlin-based Aussie, Michael Tan, that gives you the feel of an abstract landscape, putting you just outside of real life nature. With a slew of upcoming dates supporting Willaris. K (check them out below) and a slot at BIGSOUND there’s no doubt that Beatrice is about to explode, so check out the video below and get ahead of the curve on this artist! Wilaris. K support dates October 3rd | Corner Hotel, Melbourne October 4th | Corner Hotel, Melbourne October 6th | Metro Theatre, Sydney October 13th | The Triffid, Brisbane Source Quote
