News Posted October 16, 2018 Posted October 16, 2018 The French duo Daft Punk were known for a variety of electronic styles. From their early days of housier genres that became known as the French Touch sound, to their later, more heavily funk infused gems. If you look into their individual catalogues, Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo and Thomas Bangalter had a repertoire that stretched even further than their already vastly inclusive Daft Punk jams. Well we’ve just been let in on a little bit of info by the Ed Banger label and that’s that Thomas Bangalter had an unreleased track (not through Ed Banger) that was an acid filled jam. It was posted on the Ed Banger Instagram (they’ve been giving us a lot through there lately!) and it’s a tasty little gem that will apparently not see a release on Ed Banger and was recorded in Latvia! Check it out below and tell us what you think, is this something you’d want to hear a full version of or would you add it to our list of forgettable Daft Punk tracks?
