Whether you’re going on Holy Ship! in January or not, you can at least rest easy knowing that this year’s Official Mixtape series is finally here! Your EDM is pleased to premiere the first of the series with New Zealand’s prodigal trap son QUIX.

The mix begins rather appropriately with The Lonely Island’s “I’m On A Boat” before descending into the DJ’s usual brand of heavy trap heaters and wonky bass bangers. Don’t go into this one expecting a whole bunch of IDs (though there is one from Ricky Remedy you’ll want to listen for), but it’s still a quality mix.
