News Posted November 10, 2018 Posted November 10, 2018 Jim Carson continues his steady stream of releases with his latest funky, catchy, tribal, techy-afro house single House music producer Jim Carson brings us his funky, catchy, tribal, techy-afro house track “Alien Intelligence.” Carson layers the single with trippy ambient textures, a hard-hitting bassline, and echoing reverb, providing the track with a sci-fi feel. The track has an underground feel, nostalgic of the early days of house music with an exciting, climactic build up followed by an epic breakdown. Carson had this to say about his latest release: “Right before I sat down to produce “Alien Intelligence” I was listening to “Hangin’ Out With Charlie” by Camelphat. The two songs sound nothing alike but that is where I got the inspiration to write “Alien Intelligence.” Camelphat samples Rick James and I always thought Rick James to be out of this world. That is why I used the vocal sample “Behind this strange signal there is an alien intelligence that knows all.” Manufactured Hysteria is Jim Carson’s latest side project. He typically releases music under the moniker Ganesha Cartel. “Alien Intelligence” (Manufactured Hysteria remix) is out now on all digital platforms via Jim Carson’s own emblem Anahata Love Recordings.
