It’s hard to keep your attention locked for more than 30 seconds in this day and age, but despite this a locally sourced documentary on Women in Sydney’s electronic music scene has surfaced, begging you to forgo your modern age shortcomings.

Jasmine Higgins sourced some of Sydney’s best DJ talent across a range of genres to talk to them about how they’re getting ahead, the struggles of an upcoming female DJ, the transition from past to present and ultimately what the future holds.

Named We Share The Language Of Rhythm, the docco gives a good insight into the ways women are getting ahead in the industry as well as a greater comment on Sydney’s ever embattled nightlife.

Check the whole thing out below and tell us what you think!
