serato markers

has anyone noticed that sometimes when you load new songs into serato they already come with cuepoints and loops ready to go?

does anyone know how to do this ? its got me beat

yer some songs i get off hype m are already marked up......i re check them tho and mark them myself..think once you do it, it embeds them into the i.d of the track?
