First Club Gig -HELP-

I've picked up my first Club gig, I've done a bit of private parties and what not but never a club.

My issue is that I'm one of 3 DJ's playing for the night and I'm up first and the promoter has given me 5 songs that I have to play without mixing and told me to play songs similar. These songs are a little out of my normal playing style and I was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction of songs I could play.

sounds like they want to hear some songs that take people back as well as some semi retro hits

90's & 00's hits most likely.

i used to have to play this sort of stuff depending on a ever changing crowd.

i'd say mix it up with some pop.

any kinda old school Rnb, Yeah! - Usher... you will be right. just play cheese by the sounds of it... sounds like party music to me

Yep stick to the likes of Run DMC, daft punk, maybe some old(ish) tracks like Zoe Badwi - Release Me, Tocadisco - streetgirls, and some other cheesey Ministry Of Sound raped stuff. You'll be fine mate just don't play all the hits and don't play any big build ups/drops.
