Haha def's agree with you, software was absolute shit too, i didn't actually pick it myself though. @greg yeah man ive got plenty of scraps lying around to make my own, and my old mans all good with that shit, will be sweet if it works.

Oh it works fine, everythings operational, but in terms of using it with ableton it just doesnt cut it (IMO) ive had it for a few years, and any normal person would just upgrade, but yeah, Money money money I do pretty much just want to re case it so its a little smaller and only has what i want (the bcd300 has two jog wheels which are pointless for me)

Ok so i have a BCD 3000, and it was ok for a while, not the greatest, but since ive moved to mac, for starters there is no driver (well not that im aware of) for BDJ, and no other software likes it, it works with ableton but as a midi controller its hopeless so...my question how possible is it for me to rip it apart and take the individual knobs and buttons so forth n' put them into a new casing/rewire them etc etc, in dream world i would just buy or something similar but im saving for alot of things blah blah blah so pretty much, is it going to be worth my money (eg how much will it cost) to do that?
