Text 2 Speech Mp3 Converters

Hi Guys,

Just looking for the best method of obtaining text 2 speech files. I have been using a few website, however I have not found one that will convert the text to speech and to Mp3 for production use. If anyone can help me on this I would greatly appreciate it.

Natural Reader or whatever it's called is pretty epic

If you need the recording and can't get a file just use audacity and export as an mp3
