DJ Koze delivers a mesmerising remix of Mano Le Tough’s ‘Energy Flow’

Pampa label boss DJ Koze is on a bit of a roll right now, in saying that though, I don’t think he has ever stopped pumping out quality vibes! From his amazing original works to his various remixes including his superb current 70’s NYC disco fuelled remix of Lapsley’s ‘Operator’ which has got to be one of this year’s musical highlights so far (Annie Mac Hottest Record in the World and now an Essential New Tune too) Koze has been dropping bomb after bomb.

The German maestro’s remix of ‘Energy Flow’ has been a staple of Ame & Dixon for a while. It was included on their recent Essential Mix and the remixes highly anticipated (this is actually one of 2 remixes for the release by DJ Koze). Stephan Kozalla a.k.a Dj Koze has taken this version on a deep, atmospheric trip where the track builds beautifully then coasts along perfectly incorporating Mano’s droning lyrics. This is where it could easily become dreary and dull but instead sublimely adds to a perfect soundtrack of goosebump proportions.
