Justin Jay‘s marvelous 2017 album Home is totally reimagined nearly a year later with this diverse remix pack featuring Walker & Royce, Christian Martin, Will Clarke and more.

Trading in VSTs for analog gear and basslines for strummed power chords turned out to be a great artistic decision for Justin Jay. With Home, the producer ventured into the vast world of live, electronic rock — and instead of dipping his toe to test the current waters, he dove in headfirst.

Now, the timeless release infiltrates the dance realm thanks to remixes from some of the industries finest. Ricky Tinez, Houseboy, Pilo and more share their own cuts of Home. Fantastic Voyage bandmates Sam von Horn, Benny Bridges and Danny G also provide edits for the collection. The result is emotional, cohesive, and deeply ear-pleasing to say the least.

It’s a common saying with remix packs — “there’s something for everyone.” But really, Jay’s personal soul, funk, and jazz roots come through as Home expands into lofi, house, techno, party tech and more. So yeah, there’s something for everyone.
