Absynth 4????

Has anyone here used absynth 4, I downloaded it today and it is honestly the most confusing thing ive ever looked at, I can imagine you can create some wacked out stuff with it. Anyone have any useful tips or tutorial videos or something cause I wanna learn this beast

Yeah thats what i use brah, its pretty amazing once you get the hang of it, idk of any tutorials though, just suss shit out on it.

Do make patches from scratch or do you just modify presets?? Its freakin me out a bit, like how do you change the parameters and stuff without going from like really high to reaaly low?

Nah i just fuck with presets, but its kinda designed so you can make a completely different sound with an existing preset, i doubt anyone would pick up on the fact that it was originally a preset.

i actually don't know, i just kinda twiddle stuff till it sounds good, i don't know shit about how to actually program them, aha, but i know that if you go into envelope you can get some cool shit going.
