Cupe Posted October 1, 2018 Share Posted October 1, 2018 Two men collapsed on the dance floor at Israel’s leading Psy Trance event, Neverland Electronic Music Festival over the weekend. They were given medical care on site and taken to a nearby hospital, where both were later pronounced dead. According to a report, a 55-year-old man attending the festival at Kibbutz Lehavot Habashan in Upper Galilee was rushed to Ziv Medical Center in Safed. Shortly after, he was confirmed dead of a suspected overdose. An autopsy has been ordered to officially determine cause of death. Hours later a 27-year-old man collapsed at the same rave and was taken to the Safed hosptial. He died several hours later due to organ failure. One 20-year-old man was treated for a punctured lung. A woman was treated for moderate head injuries. Police said “in light of the incidents, an investigation will be opened to determine the cause of their deaths.” Upper Galilee Regional Council released its own statement: “This kind of tragedy is the reason we decided last month not to approve requests for mass parties in our region.” Source: The Times of Israel This article was first published on Your EDM.
