In the social media post below the producer shares, “i’ve never done this before.. i’m ready now.” By, “i’ve never done this before,” we’re assuming he means put out a full body of work as JOYRYDE. Featuring only the label’s iconic logo, the post doesn’t give away too much — but all signs point to new music. Thus far, the innovative bass house producer has put out individual singles as quickly as he has finished them. While there’s an immediacy to his work, we’re also excited to hear what an EP or even an album from JOYRYDE might sound like. Remember, that Skrillex collab has yet to see an official release, so that’s a possibility, too. His hot streak of fire tracks including “The Box,” “Hot Drum” and “I Ware House” came to an abrupt stop last year. As RYDERS patently await more music, we can rest assured knowing that OWSLA is involved with this forthcoming release. We’re revved up to hear what JOYRYDE has in store! Stay tuned.
