Vibrant stabs and soulful vocals lead the production straight into a joyful house groove. This one is sure to be a crowd pleaser on his current Confession tour. The second, “Shades” featuring Donnie Sloan and Ricky Ducati creates a more chilled out atmosphere, but keeps the uplifting momentum going. While much of Tchami’s label Confession lends to a dark and mysterious sounds, these tracks feel more like warm, welcoming embraces. The producer’s already applaudable collection of work just became even more impressive with this infectious dual release. Last time he put out new music was the collaborative No Redemption EP with his partner in crime, Malaa. Fans catching Tchami tonight at Elektricity in Pontiac, Michigan will get to hear “Aurra” / “Shades” hot off the press.
