Hey guys, have just been thinking of purchasing some turntables. However i have a few questions that maybe you could answer,

1) would my traktor s4 controller be used as a mixer and effects unit if i purchased traktor scratch pro?

2) I have been looking around at Technic's and found that the models out of japan are a lot cheaper, is this a coincidence or is the quality not quite as high.

I am a complete noob so i am just giving it my best, so if there are any mistakes i have made correct them please.

ps hope i posted this in the right section.

cheers
