What do people have in mind when they want to become a DJ? After touring the world, I recently relocated in Indigenous regions of the NT to pursue my dream of using Music, Sporting activities & mentoring as tools to empower youth and give them opportunities, support and guidance.. I started DJ classes and I have 11 students (Aboriginal/whites/TSI). When asked; some want to be DJ to impress girls, others want to express themselves through music and some others gave me an array of different reasons that left me amused or baffled. What is yours?
