You can get a real good quality recorder and hold the mic upto the speaker or you can record it directly into audacity while watching it off your computer. However, what I do (and what I feel is the easiest) i'll browse YouTube for what I want (HQ) and I'll download the audio. I'll then throw it into logic, process it a bit and chop it up. As long as you can get yourself a decent sounding quality sample / video then you'll be sweet.
