1.1k, I already have the traktor 2 + traktor scratch software, just need the hardware if I choose that path. will probs get: two Stanton t 62's $640 audio line pro 4ch mixer ($150, while I save for a decent pioneer mixer) audio 4 dj Traktor x1 Edit: another unfortunate reason im considering dvs is because unfortunately people judge a dj on what gear he has too, and they all seem to love spinny things. p.s. im tagging along with a dj next weekend who has a dvs setup ;3

hey guys, im about to start a servey and hand it around to people about what they think about dj'ing, with questions like... How much would you expect to pay an hour for a dj? Do you know the difference between a mobile and a club dj? so what do you guys want to know?

Ok thanks guys, got it back to where its displaying the 3194 error, but I cant seem to update it back to 4.1.2

just tried unplugging and re pluging. now it comes up with (usb device not recognised) fuck i feel like such a tool.

Ok, so basicly I got my iphone 3g the other day and the wifi wouldn't work, so I wanted to see if it was the firmware that was the problem. So I downgraded it by downloading the genuine apple firmware (3.1.3) and using shift click to apply it. However I had no luck and tried to put it back, however all I got was an error (3194) so ive tried using both iReb and tiny umbrella to try and load the latest firmware on it but still no luck. Currently it is stuck in dfu mode, it shows up in itunes but can not be restored because of the 3194 error. Please help

Tell ya what, ive got an acquittance with a dvs setup, il ask if I can sit in on his next gig and hopefully he will let me have a fiddle before the gig starts

Yeh, not sure I want to get into the whole club scene though, id rather do private party's where I can get more involved in the croud, not to mention less pressure and more time to have fun. and If I do decide later, I can just save and get a tt1
