I did indeed just buy traktor, it was too good of a deal to pass up and it just felt like fate that the deal coincided with the selling of my drumkit, and for pretty much exactly the price that it cost, so I took the leap even though I want serato (I'll change one day). What your asking for is a DAW (Digital Audio Workstation) and they basically all do the same thing in different ways (although some strong points like MIDI capabilities n shit) but it all comes down to what suits you, so test drive that shizzle
