    New ears

defs true. i listen to songs and picture them as layers in reason or some shit working out where they drop in and out, and how many layers they'd be using and shit With production as the heaviest area of my musical background this is foreal
  6. Well, the songs shouldn't be sent in the email, only links to where they are hosted. I expect that for mastering, the original DAW files etc. will be required.
  7. will listen when I get a chance
  8. We're accepting submissions from every genre you can think of Good luck
  9. Everyone get in and get your free tracks OMG
  10. I don't think so.. Haven't got one! Promo's are normally only run for short periods of time.

Something exciting will happen! When you forward this to 10 people and press CTRL on your keyboard!!!!11oen
  14. Had a chat with the gaming regulations office It can't be done without the proper permits or entity registration on top of that it would need to meet legislative compliance in every state of Australia it's a no go
  15. i actually think we might be able to do it as long as the thing doesn't go over $2000
  16. ahhhhh mang sign up through an ADJF affiliate before you spend that much
  17. did they have an ABN? or were they registered as a non profit org? ADJF will have an ABN eventually (don't need it now) so it still can be a possibility
  18. http://www.olgr.qld.gov.au/industry/gam ... ndex.shtml Oh dear. Looks like ADJF may need to be registered as non profit and shiz
  19. Ok, I've looked into the legislation, and it looks like it'll be possible. We're just lucky I live in QLD where the rules aren't as strict as other states.
  20. On looking into this further, it appears there may be legality issues..
  21. yea there's plenty of options i can investigate i just need to find a good piece of raffle software
  22. well, first things first, finding a system that will run a raffle! Then we can get it rolling
  23. There's not enough cashflow to fallback on if a raffle falls through, nahmean? It's actually a very good idea, I'd just need the time and resources to implement it.
  24. lol nice idea, but... For starters hardly anyone donates. There is NO way there is enough money generated to have prizes of any type at this stage. At the moment I basically pay all costs for running the site (minus the few donations that have been made, which go straight to monthly hosting costs - thanks to those that donated!). In the future this sort of thing can be revisited, but as it is now there is basically no income generated from ADJF.
