i gotta disagree Gandy...for 1 it says $1199 on the apple site but also the 13 inch just doesnt pack a punch to compete with your normal laptops, i meen the Mac operating system is better but the specs on them make dont compare to what you can get for $1200, i meen if u shop around u can easily get a Monster of a toshiba with i7, 500G harddrive, 4 gig ram, + all your audio and graphics cards...+ if you love the mac operating system so much just buy it from apple and install or....get it the naughty way... but as for the 15" very worth its price, packs a big punch....but if im honest for $1799 minimum for the 15" pro i would be getting an AlienWare Computer instead for that price Alienware just simply fuck everything in the arse, end of story

Shit yeh, once I get into ableyon a bit more I'll probly buy a mid range mike that has good record quaility's but cheap enough to throw around at party's or club but $10 is hectic cheap

im running all my speaker n amp n decks n shit off a separate powerboard to my lighting because at 1 point if i turned on to many things at once it would freeze my midi controller and laptop for a split second...very annoying...

yeh strobe n smoke machine are the only reasons i have switchable really spesh cause if u leave the smoke machine on it will just boil then cool then re-boil the liquid using more of it

nah i just make sure its set up the same everytime so i no what is where plus it helps that i know my extension leads are white and connected to far away things like lights n strobe and the standard power leads are black and close by so they just plug in without a extender...so its just implanted in my head really but for an 8 socket i would have labeled for home use then memorized then set up the same as i am now...because i dont have time to read 8 labels n see what is where... because say your slowly bringing up the bass because you know the "skit" part of the song is coming up, you will want to know exactly were your strobe is connected from memory so u can quickly hit it when the beat drops just and example
