Native Instruments Komplete Audio Soundcard

I need another sound card to use with my laptop at the gfs house while my actual studio is still set up at my folks place. As much as I’d love to get another Scarlett I’m just looking for something to give me louder monitoring in the headphones and something to power some run-of-the-mill monitors.

These ones from native instruments seem like they’ll do the trick. Anyone got some personal reviews?

Only thing I’d say about that is it has RCA outputs, I’d be keen on TRS/XLR balanced output at a minimum. This m-audio one looks like a new model and has 1/4” balanced outputs https://www.storedj.com.au/m-audio-m-track-duo-2-channel-audio-interface-w-2-xlr-and-1-4-inch-combo-inputs. Currently on backorder though.

This one is a tad more expensive but also has the benefit of a USB-C connection. Assuming you have a newer MacBook this will avoid the need for another adapter https://www.storedj.com.au/rode-ai1-studio-quality-audio-interface-and-headphone-amplifier. Rode typically make OK stuff too..

Ok so I bought one before I saw this haha old mate at store dj was a wanker as well. I just wanted to get out and didn't proceed with asking him further questions. He was a UA snob and everything I ask he said was shit - typical wanker. I'll write up a bit of a review about this. Currently using it now. I'll post in the music production section
