yeah when i bought my 800's was before the price drop i paid 2000 for the pair... i was spewin when the price dropped 10 weeks later, and i could've got 2 1000's for that but now with the price hike i feel happy in knowing i paid that much for them

I have to be honest with you guys, i think that pioneer are bloody good..... at marketing thier products, i say this because i have taken apart a cdj1000 and seen whats under the platter. It is definately overpriced and i question the quality of it at times. I know you are all going to hound me after leaving this comment because you all either use these or want these, but i think that on a forum everyone is given equal opportunity to comment. I respect you who do use these but i just want to inform people that thier are other decks in my opinion that are just as impressive if not better for a cheaper price tag!
