What is unicode

Hey guys when i save my mixes

i can save it as:

320 Kbps, CD Transparent Audio, Unicode

OR

320 Kbps, CD Transparent Audio

which one would be better

and what are the differences

unicode is for the files data tags i believe.

I would save it with unicode so you can add ID3 (if I'm understanding)

Use unicode, then there will be less compatibility issues with the tag info when people DL and open it
