Well when someone submits a track into your dropbox, it will appear on your dashboard next time you log in, then you can just favourite the track so you dont loose it. Maybe put a little note on your dropbox thing to tell people to put like "ADJF Mixtape Comp" in the track description or something along those lines so you know if the track is an entry or just some random trying to get you to listen to his stuff

As far as listening to tracks for you it would be way easier cause its all there and you dont have to d/l each song you just buffer it, and then whoever you choose can just email you the wav file. I always have heaps of trouble uploading to email too so it helps me

Just on a website, they allow you to release and sell tracks without being on a label or giving them money (I think), dont really want to make money through from my tracks, but you cant put them up for free Im just in it for the exposure
