Nice job man, I really like that one. One suggestion would be turn down the level on that slap bass loop that comes in with the second break, it kinda jumps out at you and just doens't sit quite right. Other than that really good track

Record it how you normally record your mixes and film it at the same time, then mute the videos audio and use the good audio recording, put them together in like movie maker or something. I've never done this but that should work

Yeah man diggin it, but definately work on the drums, there not bad its just this kind of track definately needs strong drums imo, it one of those rare occasions in electronic music were you need like fills, or like a huge bangy crashy kinda thing nahmean, I reckon thats what will make this track.

Fot this instance, definately software would be the choice. With drum trigger pads there is way more you can do with software based, especially with the launchpad. However hardware is the shit when it comes to synths, keyboards and hardware effects too, it allows more creativity I think, when your sitting at your computer with your midi keyboard you can get board and annoy, but with a mad keyboard synth with no computer screen in front of you I can sit for like hours just playin around and you get some pretty sick ideas, its just more organic, and hardware effects and compressors just look mad
