I'm a beginner with Ableton aswell but I know a few bits and pieces. If you need any help PM me and I'll see if I know what you're talking about.

Soo my rough understanding.. Not sure if I'm right or not. Basically I can put the keys on the white lines within this octave? Am I correct or is there more to it than that?

Also I'm not using a MIDI controller, just my laptop and that's it.

That is a lot of videos. Haha. Is there any basics that I should cover?

Is it important to have prior knowledge of musical theory while producing. I'm beginning to use Ableton and was wondering about the whole key system? I know you can't just throw all the keys together and expect them to sound good but where do I learn about what sounds good? Thankyou in advance.

I have been using Ableton for a few weeks now. I am watching tutorials but every time I do to learn about bass or synths or something I never have any samples on my Ableton. I am using Ableton Live 9 Intro. Does anybody know where to download some good sounds and samples?

The alive is an acapella must be clashing from the 2 songs playing. Any tips on making it sound cleaner other than syncing the beats better?

Wow, that would be great. I've only got Traktor and MIK. How do we start that?

This is the most difficult thing ever. So I scanned my tracks in MIK. Most of the files it's scanned gives me a BPM and KEY. Alot of files that were working before I reset my computer are no longer working and wont even let me add it in Traktor to play it. Also only minimal BPM's are showing. HELP! I don't want to re download all of my music files.

I am very much interested in this. Keep me updated please!
