sorry just to expand on that, because draggin was too shitty. I have been doing the two finger click and then just selecting Load to deck A or Load to deck B. but still I rection a keyboard shortcut would be better. so yelp anyone!

heyup another question from the mac n00bian anyone know the keyboard short cut to load tracks? on windows it was ctrl+left arrow (to load Deck A) OR ctrl+right arrow (load Deck . replacing "ctrl" with "control" or "alt" on the mac did not work as mentioned a million times before this is all I use traktor for, as a crate to load tracks. and its too annoying to have to drag the track from the playlists to the deck i googled quickly but didn't really find anything. there was this which was meant to be the shortcuts but it is not mentioned. just updating in case anyone finds their way here you can log into your NI account on the NI website and download the last Traktor Scratch 1 version (i.e. 1.2.7). alternatively if you still have your old machine, you can go into the service centre and download it from there, and just save to be used on your new machine keep in mind technically you can only have tsp on two machines, however there is no method of de-activating your first machine from the first machine. so the only way to do it (if you need to go to another new machine) is to email NI support. who are absolutely hopeless. however all over the forums they say it is not policed very well. probably because they are hopeless. on a side note, the cats on the NI forum are extremely helpful. better off sending any questions to them rather than NI helpdesk

just updating in case any cats end up finding this thread while googling I can confirm the Audio 8 (and I assume all legacy NI sound cards) will work on 2013 MacBook pros. you just need to make sure you have the latest firmware. else when you plug the audio 8 in the lappy reboots itself

cool thanks. was wondering why I have never noticed that button before, but from one of the articles its because it wasn't available on XP. and ive only farked around with it on my XP machine. I notice the show password button is on the MacBook, so I guess I never have to remember it. hehehe now plus a million thumbs if someone can get me into my router without having to reset to factory settings!

sorry I did not state everything from whinge here. but getting into the router was an issue but not the main issue (nor related to this fred). and no your suggestion wont work as I changed the password about five years ago, I just never needed to access for the last three and a half. so yeah a refresh to factory settings is my only hope of getting back into the router. but I wont do that until I absolutely need to
