so i just found out that the young DJ (19) at my small local club will most likely be moving at the end of the year now i want to weasel my way in there early so when he does leave i get the spot, he isnt the main DJ doing saturday nights but he does Wednesdays and goes halfs fridays i believe so that would be sick! + this is the smaller club in my town but they are much more popular simply because they have cheap entry, cheap drinks, and better music + all the fuckwits tend to like the other club... so how should i go about this guys? cheers

that is very very cheap, cant even get them on ebay auctions for that cheap, well spotted sol...got a link for it???? rental stuff can take a beating though as you can imagine but im sure StoreDJ would clean and service there stuff etc

The eat place to buy new is www.storedj.com the best places used are here, eBay, gumtree n there isn't much else really as for the set ups you listed thr 1st 1 easily wins, it has way way more stuff and it costs less...and the second 1 is over prices anyway man, used djm400 = $400 , used cdj1000Mk3 pairs go for like 1300-1400 all the time so that guy wants to much

im just running a toshiba laptop i3 2g ram 500 hardrive 500mg graph card its nothing spesh but before this i was runnig ableton and traktor on a windows xp 80 gig hard drive (always full to the brim, constantly having to clean shit out), 1 gig ram, some shit procecor, and it did ok...wasnt ideal though

yeh 400's would be great but good luck finding 2 players and a mixer under say 1400...unless they are trashed and a shit mixer

all my gear is second hand, cdj400's. djm800, behringer monitors etc all works fine...

Denon and pioneer are built pretty tough, they know there gear may get mistreated and bashed around...it's the cheap plastic no name brands u gotta worry about
