OK, I think you'll enjoy the production values of this video a lot more than my others, as suggested by a few members, I have recorded a few minutes in my studio with a contour hd fisheye camera, recorded my audio with audacity and sync'd the two using windows movie maker, the whole process is quite easy.

I stuffed one of the juggles so don't burn me too hard.
