Changes made to music thread

Cupe & myself have updated the music section of the forums to better represent similar genres and a few other tweaks.

One major change is the subjections gone. They were barely being used right (cheers to those users who always posted in the right places) but on a whole it was too much work for the staff moving threads all the time.

yeah i though i noticed something weird last night but i think i was too tired/drunk to wonder what exactly had happened
