Uni student laptop rebates/Discounts

Not a huge fan of macs but got me thinking, doesn't the gov give rebates to full time students?

Any one had any experience with this at all?

Can't find a lot of worthwhile information

The requirements im pretty sure are:

25 or under,

Enrolled in Secondary school or tafe.

I don't think you can man :/

I know there is plans available for uni students.

The gov offered ones are only small (about 3-400 in assistance)

What you should go after is one of the many many laptop scholarships offered in conjuction with the military and uni, gov jobs and uni, community groups and uni. Im not even joking. I was at newcastle uni yesterday and must have seen 3 or 4 info signs for laptop scholarships while i was in the physics department alone.
