oh yeah \:D/ the DOOMStarks duo are going to be doing it live in sydney! hopefully they release the long awaited and long rumored collabo album! either way each one individually is worth seeing as a show. but both on one night; and probably on stage at the sametime. woot! ghostface is one my top wu members IMO (equal with meth; with ODB a close second). and DOOM being an absolute genius. his collabo Danger Doom with Danger mouse is one of the best albums of all time, of all time. otay found this yeah use one of the other inputs (C or D), which means you will need to go from the single plug to RCA but that should be fine. D even has its own gain adjuster.

i dont know all the ins in the kontrol (i assume the S4? sorry cant remember i know you have mentioned it), but maybe mic isnt the best input. i remember someone explained to me that the mic on traditional mixers usually have a limited frequency range running on them. why not just use one of the other inputs? i thought the S4 could take in external inputs like from a turntable. why not use that instead? also on the audio 8 control panel you can adjust the input type and dB gain on the input. i assume you can do the same when using the S4 as a sound card, so maybe adjust that

or i can swap you for a mpd 25 . has box, instructions, used maybe 3 times for a few mintues (once to see if it works w traktor; twice when setting up reason/ pro tools). compatible with traktor and all other production software. its got pads, sliders and knobs. werent you looking for a controller at one time....

bliss n esso - royal flush an upbeat random lyric happy song from their last album (EDIT: actually it was from their 2008 Flying Colours not from Running On Air). I like this one, not a party track but more a feel good clicking fingers carlton dancing type song. Very nice moving bass line. ism on point with his wigga wigga as usual "they call me cosmic cowboy, kookaburra killer..."

do it! they awesome kit mann. i love the 2500. people see it as limited but i rection its limitations bring out the creativeness. 9th wonder went from fruity loops to pro logic and then went back to an mpc. i think he still masters in pro logic but sequences on the mpc

hmmm $1K might be a bit steep. thats what used 2500's were going for (i know not exactly the same comparison as some prefer 1000 to 2500) i know you saying brand new in box, but really anything outside of brand new from store, its already only worth 70% tops. IMO i got the 2500 for less than a 1K, and it was used but looked mint, in box, and had the RAM upgrade. so i rection your looking at about $800 tops, maybe 9 if your lucky.

just in regards to the avicci/ leona thang though if you read the actual comments from avicci and his management they never disclaim that they offered the music up. they talk about not ever having given clearance on the leona track being released, nor having reviewed it to be named as "producers". it just sounded too suss that he was already credited on the release notes as a writer. so to me he and his label shopped it to them, but cowell released it without letting avicci and his mob review it AND discuss the monetary terms. and they probably wanted final say on the track which cowell probably didnt want to give up.

well let me kind of retract or clarify i guess when i buy on juno, i will look at all the remixes and buy one i like best. AND i have heard a lot of good bootleg remixes i like (e.g.. knocked up noises i got drunk remix is waaay better than the OG track) but if i like a track i wont specifically go out to find a mix. i mean its a good track what more do you want.
