eggssell Posted September 10, 2010 Author Share Posted September 10, 2010 well it seems to have first been created for peeps who were ripping their vinyl or cds to match up the album with Discogs, then it would fill in all the tags.as ive already got most of this sorted for my digital files im not too fussed about that function.i was more interested in the smart playlists function and the additional tagging. where it allows you to create your own tags like mood; energy; flow etc.which would then be used in traktor.so for example i could create my own energy codes of starters; builders; bangers; coolers.then have a smart playlist that looks for starters or bangers and have that as a crate in traktor. so going forward if i mark anything in trainspotter as starter it will automatically get added to that crate.
