This thread is about when something fucks up on you and your majorly put on the spot.

I'l start.

Last night the groom walks up to me and says he wants Abba, right as the current song is ending. So I search Dancing Queen in traktor, hit load, play and crossfade like a boss, only to hear random screeches for 3 seconds then silence. So I put on some kylie to appease the masses (of oldies) and I notice that my entire Abba gold cd is corrupted...

Solution:

Download 4 songs of iTunes on my iphone. Load up algoriddim djay and proceed to mix for 15 min off my phone.

Had a real shit setup one house party, was in a big shed, and the power cable was coming down from the roof, half way across the room.

Had too many people around the decks, then one chick tried to squeeze her way between the two tables i was using, stepped on the power cord and managed to pull the extension lead out of the powerboard. Instant silence.

Ninja'd down, plugged that sucker back in, slapped that bitch in the face and everyone was all g.

Wasn't too bad though coz everyone yelled at the chick and not me, and knew everyone there.

Not a very epic save compared to lurk6r's, but its a contribution to the thread
