All new Macs from today will come with it. And logic will work fine as it's made by apple themselves. They check compatibility & update if needed with their own in-house apps. I might check out the event on the weekend.. Don't have time until then

I bought a 32GB microSD card pretty cheap, and just did a bit of rejigging in the backend (nohomo) so it is a part of the windows 8 libraries & everything saves to it by default. Not that i would have filled up the internal storage anyway, just OCD on file storage

Yer it will be interesting to see how this goes in the wild, and if any of the more popular DAWs will pick up similar features. Dropbox works well for most, as long as you don't save over each others work etc. A bit of simple version control gets around this though.

Yer i'd say 11pm is fairly early dude. Also that article anditz linked is a good read.

I'd start with StoreDJ or DJWarehouse, they'd have seen plenty of blown speakers - especially with their rental stores. From there i'd try other audio specialist stores, and possibly even email a vendor directly.

Got this as a warranty replacement after the one I originally had blew up from power surge. Never opened this replacement one up, so it's brand new. No longer has a desktop, so it may as well go to a better home. Not sure... Less and less places sell parts these days. There are a few drivers on eBay that fit your criteria though

-Dedicated facebook app -Improved mail app -Improved calendar app -More responsive/snappier still finding more things. Apart from foum/chat, Mail, calendar and onenote are the main things i use on it. So for those apps to improve is a big plus

Well, even just updating from 8.1 preview to the final edition tonight, so many improvements.

For the pro, yes. Runs an intel core processor, and has windows 8 pro OS. Same capabilities as a laptop/desktop. However you'd probably want an external monitor if you're going to be running traktor. Would be a bit hard to view the interface properly on the 10" screen
