  1. I wish we had an equivalent to parts express in Aus some of their kits look mint, not PA's but this guy has some cool speaker kits check out his blog too he makes some awesome custom speakers for rich people. http://www.theloudspeakerkit.com
  2. I would only buy these if your into collecting turntables not for using them you can still find regular near mint for way cheaper.
  3. I remember honeysmack from the filter days good tunes and a funny guy well worth it if your into live acid and quality techno.
  4. What are people using to clean and maintain faders on mixers. The only thing I can find is detox it and it's $50 a can in oz.
  5. One choice Robert Hood Record Added The Dancer
  6. Last chance before it goes on evil bay room to move on price as long as it reasonable.

    Volca Bass

They are very cool little units but unless you buy the set and sync them together they can be a little limited. The reason I sold mine was that I was playing my microbrute and not touching the volca.
  8. Loving this release at the moment was given a cd as part of a discogs order from the artist and I rate this as a late night headphones album. Works best when listened as one long piece. http://x1project.bandcamp.com/album/red-sands-of-mars

  11. Good work just the right level of intensity and I like the synth introduced around the 3 min mark.

  13. If you like that you may also like some other 20th century minimalists like Steve Reich and Philip Glass. First time I heard that Arvo Part piece I was driving and had to pull over to listen to it properly.
  14. Nice work You have resisted overproducing it as well which seems to be the downfall of so much work like this. This is not electronic but I can't get enough of this piece at the moment in a similar reflective vein. http://youtu.be/TJ6Mzvh3XCc
  15. I like it by LFO I guess you mean a Low-frequency oscillation not the early acid house group. Where are you based I am looking for some collaborators for some Berlin school style ambient music and I have a lot to learn about production. I am just playing with some synths at the moment. Sorry I am in Melbourne.
  16. Volca Bass $160 Hardly used on the first set of batteries just can't seem to integrate it into my work flow grab it before it goes on eBay. Pm if interested pick up in Melbourne preferred.
  17. More techno / house added especially a very good Omar s cd

    Custom RCA cables

Not sure to be exact I alrerady had the Van Damme Cable and the RCA connectors I just measured out what I needed with the cable then doubled it, I made them more because of convenices (already having the mateiral) than needing a particular size. I like neat cable runs so I will make cables only as long as I need them I have some rca cables which connect my Dac to my amp which are only 20cm long.
  19. Needed some long RCA Cables for my CD player made these
  20. classic jungle brothers album I'house you slips into a lot of old house sets nicely.
  21. For the cash is this any good it would be mainly for getting midi information via my computer into some some synths that take 5 pin midi plugs. Also for the occasional bass line form a bass guitar. It would be for both an older iMac and windows laptop. http://www.m-audio.com/products/en_us/MTrack.html
  22. I am currently getting piano lessons and we are covering all this basic music theory and it's awesome. I would highly recommend investing in some lessons I love being able to talk to someone about music theory every week and the piano practises is tuning my ears into what sounds right and that is what all music theory is fundamentally about.
  23. I see he did a song with the ragga twins the original sub bass terrorists. Check them out on YouTube it sounds pretty dated now but they were some of the people who started pushing the sub bass frequencies in dance music play some of their tracks in England and you will see grown men cry.
  24. I like it nothing more boring than a big artist regurgitating a signature sound to ensure sales and I can imagine how nice that bass line would will feel on a big rig.
