I'd say the intro is a bit quiet, could be a bit more busy. I can feel the 'build 'em up..' happening but it's happening too slow for me. Needs more noise, cause the '..tear 'em down' doesn't pack enough punch. I might of made the kicks a bit tighter. This track would work as techno if it were 20 or 30bpm faster. I think it just needs more body. The structure seems good but it doesn't 'feel' like it delivers.

Was it this track? I'll give it a listen now and give some feedback. Will get some others to jump in.

The story is this: I approached a guy about his song to ask if I could remix it. He sent me the stems, I did the remix, and uploaded it to soundcloud (not downloadable). Does he have 100% rights because the original was his? Do I have 100% because the remix is entirely my work? What's the deal here?
