played out last night and it went well. but just wanted to ask if you guys thought this is weird. i've been doing this for always - i write out a tracklist and i keep it in my cd wallet for reference if i ever need it. i was thinking to myself last night whether it makes me look a lil incompetent? i see it the same as the guys who play serato etc who already have their tracklists set out in front of them. what do you guys think about this? i'll probably continue to do this as its now habit for me but just looking to hear who does what

i wanted to enjoy futures but it was really hard to get into. i had a better time as i was leaving. i was watching Above and Beyond while waiting for a mate to come get me and that was the best environment to be in. everyone was there for the music. never been to a stereo festival so might give the festival world one more shot before i turn it down completely (in aus im talkin about)

how are these different from using USB on cdj's? same same... actually, using USB on CDJ's is the stupidest idea in the first place. why spend all that money on buying (essentially) a CD PLAYER just to plug in a HD or USB?? isnt that what MIDI controllers where made for anyway? I wouldn't call it the stupidest idea. Why do car audio head units support cd's, dvd's, bluetooth and usb devices? Its useful to have the flexibility to use whatever medium suits the circumstance. yeh i guess you have a point there...
