u can use them with software, and u 4 deck mix with them (how often will u do that?), and you will have much more as the cdj400 has 3 effects, a djm400 has a minimum of 8 effects, + traktors effects.... im not trying to flame u sol, just trying to help, but your creating advantages that arent there...i think your thinking about it the wrong way, here is how i see it Its more expensive then The CDJ's and mixer its based on Why would you buy something that only "based" on another product when your could buy that product for less it will have more effects which you say you want it can do everything the DDJ can with the software Then it can do it all again without the software, the DDJ cant You say you want to be in the club 1 day, CDJ's are the club standard you say its all built into 1 so you obviously want portability...i just measured my CDJ400's and mixer in there roadcase (and thats with a DJM800 12" mixer, DJM400 is much smaller) and it was an extra 15cm wider then the DDJ, so a tiny bit bigger because of its protection

then why not get 2 cdj400's and the mixer, it will be cheaper then the DDJ and you will get the best of both worlds being able to use them with Software and use them stand alone...

it should be already mapped man, Akai and Ableton always work together for that, so it be just plug and play the only thing you may have to fuck around with is latency like i did...basically if you press the keys and it takes a while for the sound to come out then u need to drop your latency (but not to far as it makes your audio crackle)

all depends on what im playing, dubstep, less song cycles as alot of the songs are longer, same with trance, trance tracks are pretty long

yeh you may be right, it has that chill feeling so a big drop might not be appropriate it takes a bit of fucking around , your probly just better off copy pasting your soundcloud URL

you really need to try vinyl before purchasing tts sol, they're a lot different to your mdex this is right, you might hate them then you've wasted all this money

pretty good dude, at 1st i didnt think the drums fit the song but the longer i listened the more they did man i recon the vocals fit pretty well, maybe for the last drop you could kill the drums and bring only the keys in like you did for the outro and then build the vocals up for a madddddddddd drop, thats my kind of style of music anyway just a thought checked out the rest of your soundcloud as well, your making some pretty sick beats dude 1 more tip, visit more often man, i tend to check out peoples tracks who are on the forum alot
