BitMaestro
I'm keen to get a new mixer, the Dj tech dif 1s, but google shows little in terms of sellers in Australia. Best I got was the company itself for $289 or a melbourne based ebay seller for $259.Buying from U.S would be around $192 AUD with $30 P+H = $222.I hear this mixer can vary in quality when it comes to knobs and that, so am i better paying full price direct to DJ tech and rest assured that I'm covered by warranty or go via ebay?No 2nd hand ones about either
LabRat
Only concern I have when buying online is having a warranty. Have a good read or ask the question because some people won't offer it to you. Also make sure you get the appropriate plugs (240v plug/adapter). Other than that buying new online shouldn't be a problem. My personal opinion, If you can get it locally I'd suggest to do that. It just saves the headache of all the online joys and you get guarantees and warranties with it
Mitch
For it to be 60 bucks more expensive, I'd buy it locally and get the correct warranty etc.
SolDios
Especially with a cheaper brand like DJ Tech pay the extra and get it locally.

Not a big enough saving for the potential fuck around. I've got nothing at all against buying from overseas but for this amount I wouldn't bother. BitMaestro
Cool cool, it's unanimous. Unless it's a big mula difference, go with the local.
