This is what comes up when I try to record in audacity

I'm on PC and I did have my controller selected. I'l have a play around in serato see what I can do

So I received my Pioneer DDJ-SB yesterday and I was trying to set up to record and I found this tutorial on how to record through audacity since Serato DJ Intro doesn't let you record but I just can't get it to record. When I press record in audacity it says something along the lines of 'Device can't be opened please check device settings and try again'. Does the brains trust have any idea?

So I would like a logo for my when I start putting shit up on soundcloud. I don't like any particular art style I just wanna see what you guys can do, main thing is I want 'Pending' on it obviously but the same image with a few different colour variations would be awesome. I'm not looking for Mona Lisa but don't want a 3 year old with a box of crayons. Fanks guys Oh also jokingly asked thatpartyguy to do something he came up with this' obviously not gonna use it but I do like the font.

Are you dragging a playlist straight from rekordbox to traktor or exporting the playlist?

So I've been wondering what you guys actually do when your about to mix in a club. Scenario 1: So you're following a fellow DJ, what do you do to set up? Do go behind the decks and hang out for the 5 mins before you start or what? Scenario 2: You're first up what are some of the things you check for at the club? What sort of tests(if any) do you run on the equipment? This is assuming you know all about the equipment you're using and it's all set up and all you have to do is go and work your magic.

traktor pros for me HID with cdjs without the use of an sound card like serato. ^what does that mean? Lol Great answer. So it's looking like it's all preference i'll have a crack at both get used to both then pick one to use and keep the other as backup. so HID basically means you can use the CDJ's as controllers with traktor and serato. with traktor you can just plug the CDJ's into your laptop via usb. with serato, you need to run the cdjs into the sound card. ok righto cheers bruv
