i did a private gig 3 weeks ago i charged my normal hourly rate plus the equipment and delivery fee from djwarehouse and also a set up and pull down fee, also let it be known ill be using there bar tab lol
i recently changed the way i have my music set out and its working a lot better i prety much have my genre folders split like so urban 110 down 110 up trans up trans down popular tracks helps my folders become really specific so i dont loose track of all my tunes
i agree with johnny, hold onto the few bangers you wanna keep in your arsenal for a few weeks, but if asked i think you should let people know, cause its not like you created the track
has anyone got one of these, ive been looking but can only seem to find it overseas and not in aus, http://www.frontendaudio.com/Novation-Dicer-Carry-Case-p/9999-08685.htm
i was wondering what we all use to get our ish to each gig, im currently using a desert camo udg sling bag , but im struggling to fit everything in it what r u guys using?
i ust looked into this and it doesnt use any extra memory like a program would i.e audacity connect a RCA top the AUX input on your sl3 box run the other end of the RCA to either the record or booth output on your mixer now open serato click on record and select Aux as your input source this will now record all your mixing in the recorded subfolder within your main serato folder
if u hired from djwarehouse the speakers will be self powered, just make sure you have a variety of music house partys are notorious for genres to change every few songs
