Hi I have 2 x CDJ 800 MK2 : Cue button works but has lost its *click* so very very sensitive and you can accidentally hit it by just brushing it, but still 100% useable in their current state ! DJM 250 is in excellent condition. I have got a quote from George Trovas - 0411336947 to repair and service the 800's for $130. Happy to get serviced prior to sale and add the $130 to price or sell without service and reduce price by $130 but I need to go to George anyway to get my DJM350 repaired so happy to repair this. What is a fair price after service for the whole setup? Im thinking I would like to get $450 for it after myself investing the $130. (so $320 + service cost) does that seem fair? I want it to be a fair price for both me and the buyer. George has also said he will just replace cue button for less than $130 but i think its well worth me spending the bit extra for a full service on them as they are an old piece of kit. any advice or offers are welcomed, pickup is in baulkham hills sydney or can deliver possibly.

hi all, just for peoples reference. I have achieved my goal. I picked up a Numark DMX03 Mixer for $30. I then sold that for $50 and bought a DJM 250 for $200. So all in I have 2 x CDJ800 MK2 and a DJM 250 for $530. Hopefully someone can use this as a reference point of what you can achieve if you stick to your guns Also, stick with pioneer, numark mixers are no comparison, at least at the budget end of the scale.

Hey Looking for the full setup with either the 350 or 400 mixer. flight case would be good but not essential if you dont have it, in fact I would rather not as looking to spend as low as possible I am located in Sydney I am looking to spent as close to $500 as possible. -- is this realistic, what are they going for these days? which ones are cheaper? Have a Numark Mixtrack Pro to trade if anyone interested but happy to purchase the pioneer kit and sell the Numark seperately -- anyone reading this and keen on the numark let me know missing just having decks and not having to use laptop.

I dont think thats overcharging at all man, bear in mind ive only ever charged for a gig once because i dont promote or anything i just play for friends etc so never feel right but gosh i think 350 is more than enough... maybe the other guy has been doing it for like 10 years and charges it cos he can or just wont bother for less? i dunno... i think 350 is more than enough (i would be over the moon with those rates!) but also doesnt suprise me that people are paying 700+ for 3 hour gigs either.. sorry cant help much lol maybe someone else has better input

ya thats me man, i went for it, and so far very happy with decision, have 2500 change and a sick new lappy and kontrol s4. i miss my 2000s but to be honest dont miss rekordbox at all traktor is an awesome program !!

picked this up from myer for 696 using someones receipt from ozbargain.com.au and awesome controller really loving it!!
