And that was only half the people there, double turned up bout half hour after it was taken, the hall was packed! Such a good gig though, had the D floor rockin all night! You guys know that girl who was bagging me a while ago, said I sucked n stuff, well she was dancing her ass off. In fact, people came up and told me I was better than the guy she had at hers, and he is a warm up dj for festivals (Some of them where actually sober too!) They appreciated alot of the non mainstream electro too! One of the biggest songs for the night was "Be faithful - biggie smalls", followed with a close second by "Super mega death ray - figure". absolutely amazing, even got tipped an extra 50 from what I charged!

Hey guys, so I have been wondering, what is the digital out/in used for on the back of cdj's and mixers? Is the sound quality better? or is it just for less cables? And does it have fader start inbuilt? (I use it alot)

So guys, is it just me, or is the 2000 becoming more and more obsolete. I mean it's not even traktor certified like it's little brothers the 900 and 850, yet it has a USB port to do so. Nor are any of the effects quantised like them. IMO it over complicates things too abit, like having high pass and low pass as separate effects. They really seem to just be leaving there "Flag Ship mixer" behind in the dust, when all these problems could be solved with a simple firmware update. Your opinion?

Im going to be dealing with drunken doushe bag teenagers probably with drinks/goon sacks in hand. (Not the most classy bunch) That's why I worry about putting them on the DF. Last time I played there I had them on stage and it wasn't too bad, il try both methods prehaps?
