ok so i need/want to acquire a couple of monitors for my gaming pc (going from 1-->2 and old 1 is about to die) i want the best quality possible for the pricepoint must be 22''+ would prefer it if they were cheaper (but still decent) if i could get them for like $150 to be honest im not going to be doing a super amount of hd gaming/movie watching etc. but would like that shit to look nice if i want to. might plug mac into them when i do some producing so must be hdmi shoot me thoughts, links etc all you computer amazing people thanks lads edit: was thinking 23 inch monitors but do you think that would be too much? have 2 21 inchers instead? edit 2: OP im after 2 monitors for a maximum of 200 each

other thing to consider is you will spend alot of time in clubs not actually djing. so ear protection for those periods is a must im getting some custom ones done in a couple of weeks and feel its probably 12 months overdue

Well, if you put this song on an iDevice with lyrics turned on (or just check the lyrics on iTunes), I explain a bit about why I originally used it (originally about a character who goes in a coma and possibly dies. Couldn't find any artwork that I could legally distribute so I had to change the name). I left the heartbeat in though because I got a lot of interesting responses and interpretations of my tune from mates after showing it to them. Kinda funny haha Still, glad you dig it no i seriously think its what gives the track the most character. feels like the track actually has a story.

ide really love to grab that heart monitor stem off you sounds great ive been listening to a fair bit of your stuff, i think in your remixes and stuff you need to find high quality accapellas as i noticed with a few that they sounded abit low res. also think glueing on a couple of tracks could be better but thats just fucking with the master chain

yea ive only ever been to one venue where they had a legit quiet booth (was own room). the only other decent one ive seen just incorperated some clever design so none of the main outs faced towards dj and there were few direct reflective surfaces (most were either soundproofed or had some heavy furniture in the way) i went into the booth and it was relatively quiet-enough that a conversation could be held with relative ease.

youve over compressed the low-mid end (probably as part of some multiband compression on mastering chain) either that or audio file is shit

mate that was pretty dope. mixing seemed quite solid. for anything that your trying to promote mixing skills etc ide try to cram more than 10 tracks into 34 minutes. while it is better to have 10 good clean transitions than 20 shit ones. keeping people on their toes is always fun. you seem like you have some reasonable skill so i wouldnt put it past you give it a go with twice as many tracks to just smash it out! overall i thought it was a pretty good mix and i did snag a couple of tracks
