I realise this, however in aus he is only known for the one song, and he is only coming for the one song (which everyone will be sick of by march) which makes it stupid i agree, everyone will be stick of it by then. he'll come on, everyone will do the dance but it wont be anyones highlight.

Look, its a great unit for the beginner to intermediate dj because it just has alittle bit of everything. It looks like a solid unit and isnt too expensive. if your going pro you will be buying 1000's/900's/2000's because they are what the clubs will be using. While they could say, 'ill just plug in the controller' we had the disciussion about carrying it around v usbs. i think this unit is great for its purpose. however its purpose is not to replace cdjs.

When i grow up studygroup studyclub tutoring curfew Unfortunatly im trying not to get arrested I reckon curfew achaly works, or maybe "after curfew", "curfews out"? i thought about things like that i had stuff like 'lock out' 'out of bounds' etc but didnt recieve well with my brother and his friends (bunch of 15 year olds-they are my prime audience age so i thought their imput was valid. his group actually makes a pretty good under 18s focus group. 14-16 year olds. even mix guys/girls. even racial diversity which is really weird haha)

I cant get beatport to play any tracks. i can add and remove them from cart but i cant get any to play. anyone know whats going on here?

well i was told transferring the 'candyland' name to this project was inappropriate candyland under eighteens. get in the van

So im planning a new under eighteens event to be run in conjunction with the local youth services in my area now organisation wise im pretty well set but I just dont have a name for it all yet. Something like Shorebreak, Euphoria, Playground,coastal beats (all other events where i used to live) something cool like that. I thought something like Impulse under eighteens or Atomic Jungle Under eighteens was cool. Just looking for suggestions. Has to have under eighteens tagged onto the end of it. Thanks all

thread of the year +rep for getting out sol =D> overall i think it a very solid mix. in agreeance with overit. the slight mistake is never going to really be the killer. if u gave a 35minute mi to a promoter it would suprise me if they are going to sit there for 35minutes of their day to scrutinize a mix they've probably never heard before. they are going to play it round their workplace and do other things while they listen.

Exactly bro. No reason you cant do both I dj personally under the name AlexJ so i mobile and that. that name will carry with me if i ever get into clubs or what not. But i also operate Candyland Under Enghteens. Which exists more as a larger business. Not too established atm as we have only run 1 event but it was pretty successful. For my troubles with Candyland i gained experience in promoting, entertainment management and some very valueable connections with security company, st johns, local council etc. While first one wasnt overly profitale, once you get a couple going you might find that the business is more in your wheelhouse. because no doubt there is more money to be made there. The one that used to run every month down the south coast had 600-700 tickets sold for every event @25 a head. old mate was pocketing 6-7grand for one nights work (obviously a couple of weeks prep but by no means full time work).

I might suggest a rewrite of the 'about' just sounds abit..idk how to describe it. i just think it needs work but otherwise looking good laser spam all the things!
