Well last night I got a FB message from a Perth Producer, we have met once at his studio and had a little Q&A scratch practice a few weeks back. He wants to get together and work out a Dj set with the two of us as a duo. As far as we know, no one is doing this (in hip hop) in Perth. We both use Maschine and he's dope on the MPC aswell. The idea being to play some live beats with cuts and such, and switch it up between us He's had plenty of gigs and knows pretty much everyone in the Perth scene, I'm hoping this works out, coz i haven't the foggiest how to get gigs, although ive never tried! lol Just quietly, I'm pretty chuffed! and a little nervous.
